AEVO Avocado Oil Guacamole Recipe with AEVO

Ingredients: -

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp AEVO Avocado Extra Virgin Oil

Preparation Time: - 15 minutes

Directions: -

1. Prepare the Avocados: -

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

2. Mash the Avocados: -

  • Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados to your desired consistency. For chunky guacamole, leave some larger pieces.

3. Add Lime Juice: -

  • Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mashed avocados. The lime not only adds flavor but also helps prevent the avocados from browning.

4. Incorporate Vegetables: -

  • Add the finely diced red onion, minced garlic, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro to the mashed avocados.

5. Seasoning: -

  • Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and cumin over the mixture. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.

6. Drizzle with AEVO Avocado Oil: -

  • Pour 2 tbsp of AEVO Avocado Extra Virgin Oil into the guacamole. This adds a rich, velvety texture and enhances the flavor.

7. Mix Well: -

  • Gently fold all the ingredients together until well combined. Be careful not to overmix to maintain a chunky texture.

8. Taste and Adjust: -

  • Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasoning, lime juice, or AEVO Avocado Oil if needed.

9. Serve: -

  • Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl. You can garnish it with additional cilantro or a sprinkle of cumin if desired.
