Avocado and Black Bean Guacamole with AEVO Avocado Oil

Ingredients:-

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp AEVO Organic Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Method:-

  1. Prepare Avocados:- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork until you reach your desired consistency (chunky or smooth).
  2. Mix Ingredients:- Add the black beans, red onion, jalapeño, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro to the bowl with the mashed avocados. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Add Seasonings:- Drizzle AEVO Organic Extra Virgin Avocado Oil and lime juice over the mixture. Sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine Thoroughly:- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Taste and Adjust:- Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasoning with more salt, pepper, or lime juice as needed.
  6. Serve:- Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately with tortilla chips, vegetable sticks, or as a topping for tacos, burritos, or salads.
