Ingredients: -

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp AEVO Oil (Avocado Extra Virgin Oil)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Directions: -

1. Marinate Shrimp: -

  • In a bowl, combine shrimp, minced garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle AEVO Oil over the shrimp mixture, ensuring even coating.
  • Allow the shrimp to marinate for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

2. Heat AEVO Oil: -

  • In a large skillet or pan, heat 2 tbsp of AEVO Oil over medium-high heat.

3. Cook Shrimp: -

  • Once the oil is hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

4. Garnish and Serve: -

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley over the cooked shrimp for a burst of freshness.
  • Garnish with lemon slices for added zing.

5. Serve Hot: -

  • Plate the avocado oil garlic shrimp immediately, serving them hot over rice, pasta, or your favorite grain.
