Avocado Oil Garlic Shrimp Skewers with AEVO Oil

 Ingredients:-

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp AEVO Organic Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Cooking Method:

1. Marinate the Shrimp:-

  • In a bowl, combine AEVO Organic Extra Virgin Avocado Oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2.  Prepare the Skewers:-

  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.

3. Grill the Skewers:-

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.

4. Serve:-

   - Remove the skewers from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter.

   - Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
