Avocado Oil Grilled Chicken Recipe with AEVO

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup AEVO Oil (Avocado Extra Virgin Oil)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh lemon wedges for garnish


1. Marination: -

  • In a bowl, mix AEVO Oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to infuse.

2. Grilling: -

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  • Grill the chicken breasts for approximately 8-10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches  165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Baste the chicken with AEVO Oil during grilling to enhance moisture and flavor.

3. Resting: -

  • Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a juicy and tender result.

4. Serving: -

  • Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  • Drizzle with a bit more AEVO Oil for a finishing touch.
  • Garnish with fresh lemon wedges for a citrusy zing.
