Avocado Oil Roasted Vegetables Recipe with AEVO

Ingredients: -

  • Assorted vegetables of your choice (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli)
  • 3 tbsp AEVO Oil (Avocado Extra Virgin Oil)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano)

Optional: 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions: -

1. Preheat the Oven: -

   Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

 

2. Prepare Vegetables:

Wash and chop the assorted vegetables into bite-sized pieces. If using garlic, mince it finely.

3. Create the Seasoning Mix:
