Avocado Oil Salad Dressing with AEVO


  • 1/4 cup AEVO (Avocado Extra Virgin Oil)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: honey or maple syrup for sweetness

Preparation Time: 5 minutes


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together AEVO, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  2. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste. If you prefer a slightly sweet dressing, you can add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.
