Avocado Oil Sweet Potato Fries Recipe with AEVO

Ingredients: -

  • 4 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 3 tbsp AEVO Avocado Extra Virgin Oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Directions: -

1. Preheat the Oven: -

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Prepare Sweet Potatoes: -

  • Wash, peel, and cut the sweet potatoes into evenly sized fries.

3. Seasoning Mix: -

  • In a large bowl, combine AEVO Avocado Extra Virgin Oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a seasoned oil mixture.

4. Coat Sweet Potatoes: -

  • Add the sweet potato fries to the bowl with the seasoned oil mixture. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.

5. Arrange on Baking Sheet: -

  • Place the coated sweet potato fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are in a single layer to allow even cooking.

6. Bake in the Oven: -

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Remember to toss or flip the fries halfway through the baking time for uniform crispiness.

7. Garnish and Serve: -

  • Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
