Cooking of Savaiya (Vermicelli) with AEVO!

Here's a recipe for cooking saviya (vermicelli) along with its nutritional value:

Ingredients:-

  • 1 cup saviya (vermicelli)
  • 2 tablespoons AEVO avocado oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 capsicum (bell pepper), chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions: -

  1. Heat AEVO avocado oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add grated carrot, chopped capsicum, and chopped tomato. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. In a separate pot, boil water and add saviya (vermicelli). Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  6. Add the cooked saviya to the vegetable mixture in the pan. Mix gently until well combined.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
