Firecracker Recipe Using AEVO Avocado Oil


  • 1/4 cup AEVO Organic Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (your choice)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking Method:-

1. Prepare the Sauce:-  In a medium bowl, whisk together AEVO Avocado Oil, hot sauce, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, ground ginger, and smoked paprika until well combined.

2. Heat the Sauce: - Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Bring the sauce to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

3. Reduce the Sauce: - Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until it thickens slightly and the flavors meld together.

4. Serve: - Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro before serving.

5. Storage: - The firecracker sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Reheat gently before using.
