Grilled Shrimp Tacos Recipe


  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp AEVO avocado oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, cilantro, lime wedges, avocado slices, salsa, sour cream


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine AEVO avocado oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers or use a grill basket for easy grilling.
  4. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have grill marks.
  5. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing grilled shrimp on warmed tortillas and topping with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, avocado slices, and a squeeze of lime juice.
  7. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
